‘Moving Up’ programme aims to use the talents of the whole social care workforce
Moving Up is a programme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) leaders from a wide variety of care backgrounds that sets out to harness the full talents that BAME staff bring to the workplace, with a new and inspiring approach to leadership development.
Candidates will already have experience managing services, and have the ambition and potential to move to more senior positions.
An innovative blend of learning styles underpins the programme, which offers learning networks, one-to-one coaching, and mentoring throughout. We aim to develop your leadership potential and extend your ability to lead in complex and changing care environments.
All of the sessions will take place in London.
