Scottish Telecare services publications made available

The Joint Improvement Team (JIT) has recently published a number of publications on telecare services in Scotland. The JIT was established in late 2004 to work directly with local health and social care partnerships across Scotland.

The summary report collates information relating to telecare/telehealthcare developments led by local partnerships, providing a summary of currently available services and planned activity.

A strategy document, entitled Telehealthcare in Scotland – Education and Training Strategy 2010-12, and a 3rd report on clinical portal and telehealth development in NHS Scotland by the Health and Sport Committee, are also available.
