Health And Social Work Staff Merge

Health and social work staff are being merged to create a more efficient service. East Renfrewshire Council’s social work department and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s local health services have moved into a new office block in Burnfield Avenue, Giffnock.

It’s hoped the move will create a closer, more modern service.

Councillor Danny Collins said: “The partnership brings two very distinct public services together and it will have a positive benefit for the local community.”
