Open invitation to Wakefield social care jobs fair this week

Jobcentre Plus and A&R Training Services Ltd will bring together social care employers with vacancies in residential or domiciliary care in the Wakefield area for a social care jobs fair on January 26.

The event, in Wakefield, will include employers such as Mears Care Group, Estio Healthcare, Allied Healthcare and Anchor Trust.

There are a wide range of flexible career options on offer, working with all kinds of people including older people, people with mental health issues and those with learning and/or physical disabilities.

People should come along to this event if they want to meet local employers recruiting, find out how to get the skills to work in social care and to find out about flexible career options.

The event, between 10am and 3pm, is at Custom House, The Springs, Wakefield.
