Residents injured in care home fire in Lancashire
A 95-year-old woman suffered serious burns and five other residents were injured in a suspected arson fire at a care home in Cleveleys, Lancashire.
The woman is in a serious condition after the blaze at the Cleveleys Park Rest Home on Stockdove Way at 1800 BST on Monday.
Firefighters rescued five of the victims and five others were led to safety shortly before crews arrived.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
A number of other residents and staff were treated in a nearby church hall for more minor injuries, a Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said.
