Responsibilities for a Community Care Worker:
– Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
– Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
– Perform housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and errands
– Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
– Compassionate and empathetic attitude
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
– Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training
