What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead, mentor & develop an amazing team

🔹 Oversee training, safeguarding & support plans
🔹 Build connections with families & local services
What You Need:
✔ Experience in social care & team management
✔ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
✔ Great communication & leadership skills
✔ Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/on-call
