Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.
The Registered Manager in Willesden will:
* Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism.
* Lead an established team and ensure they effectively motivated, resourced and trained to deliver the very highest standard of person centred care.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families.
The Registered Manager in Willesden will need:
* Ideally experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care although supported living, care managers and established deputy managers considered.
* Have experience of overseeing and developing large staff teams.
* Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
