They are looking for caring and resilient Support Workers to provide round-the-clock support, structure, and emotional guidance in children’s homes across Bristol.
This provider creates safe, stable, and nurturing environments that help children develop confidence, emotional resilience, and key life skills. They specialise in trauma-informed, person-centred care, ensuring young people receive tailored support that meets their needs and helps them thrive.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be a positive role model, helping children develop routines, manage emotions, and build trust.
