Hours: On-going Night Shifts – 3-5 per week

What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children overnight.
* Providing emotional reassurance and responding to any needs during the night.
* Supporting bedtime routines and maintaining a calm, secure atmosphere.
* Keeping accurate records and handing over updates to the day team.
* Carrying out light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience supporting children is essential (professional).
* Skills: Empathy, patience, and a calm approach under pressure.
* Commitment: Ability to remain alert and proactive during night shifts.
* Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
