As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. You will offer nurturing care and support to young people with complex health needs and learning disabilities.
Day-to-day, you will:
Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
Serve as a positive role model.
Engage in enjoyable activities and outings, including football, gaming, cycling, and baking.
Encourage and share interests and hobbies.
Carry out household duties such as cooking and cleaning.
Provide personal care and administer medication as needed.
