Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Join a new provider to deliver high-quality care and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this home.

Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the home
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs
* Lead, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive working environment that encourages professional development.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
* Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders regarding care services.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the facility.
* Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
* Prior experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
* Proven experience as a Manager within residential childcare, particularly with children with EBD
* A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to meet high standards of care
