As a Children's Residential Deputy Manager, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of a 5-bed EBD home.
Support the management team in various tasks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Supervise and train staff members.
Contribute to building up the home as a newly Ofsted registered facility.
Collaborate with experienced directors and management.
