What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Care Worker, you'll be the superhero of our care team, providing top-notch support and care to our elderly service users. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:
* Daily Care: Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming – ensuring our service users feel fresh and fabulous every day.
* Health Support: Administering medications and monitoring health conditions, because a healthy life is a happy life.
* Emotional Well-being: Offering companionship and emotional support, turning frowns into smiles and lonely moments into cherished memories.
* Fun Activities: Planning and participating in engaging activities – from games and crafts to lively conversations and strolls in the park.
* Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior care workers, sharing your wisdom and expertise.
What We're Looking For:
* Compassion & Empathy: A heart that genuinely cares and understands the unique needs of the elderly.
* Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally important.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect with our service users and their families.
* Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy, because our service users rely on you.
