Monitor and control the quality and standards in repairs, planned cyclical maintenance, stock improvement, NHT (Council Variant) and non-housing work to internal and external customers for the Asset Management Team and Housing in general.
The applicant will be required to work out with normal hours, including on standby/call out and some evening and weekend working and will be paid at our standard overtime payment rate.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
As part of this post, Aberdeenshire Council will provide a van and the opportunity for hybrid working which includes flexi-time which can lead up to an additional 12 days leave through a calendar year.
