Job Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team in the senior care industry. The Deputy Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Duties
– Manage and supervise staff members in providing exceptional care to residents
– Medication administration and ensure compliance with protocols
– Lead and coordinate activities related to dementia care services
– Support the Manager in day-to-day operations and updating care plans through PCS.

-Liaise with GP surgeries, social workers and pharmacies to ensure smooth day to day running of the home.
– Provide leadership and guidance to staff in delivering home care services
– Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents

Skills
– 3 yrs Experience as a Deputy, in nursing, or residential care home
– Strong leadership and supervisory skills
– Proficiency in medication administration and dementia care practices
– Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff members
