Requirements:
Degree in Psychology
Qualified teaching experience or equivalent experience working with children/ young people.
Qualification in Educational Psychology.

About the Role
Scope of Work: Primarily involves working with children and young people undergoing EHCNA processes, offering consultation services for those with EHCPs, and collaborating with the Virtual School.
Training and Supervision: Involvement in training initiatives like Emotional Literacy Support Assistants and providing supervision for school staff and early years Area SENCOs.
Recognition: The service was commended in the 2019 Joint SEND Inspection by Ofsted.
Flexibility: Offers a hybrid working model and customizable hours.
SPA Portability: SPA (Structured Professional Assessment) portability is considered, which is an attractive benefit for experienced professionals.About You
