What you’ll do:
As a Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping adults with profound physical and learning disabilities to live their best lives. Your role will include:

Supporting individuals with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.

Encouraging independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Bringing positivity, patience, and kindness to every interaction.

Organising activities that spark joy and create meaningful connections.
