Ready to Make a Real Difference in a Child's Life?
Over 56% of children in care are boys, and the importance of positive role models in their lives is huge. This isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job. You’ll be supporting children who’ve faced adversity, helping them learn, grow, and create positive pathways to adulthood.
Our children’s homes look after young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We are driven by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.
Being a Residential Support Worker is about providing guidance, stability, and support for young people who’ve already faced many challenges in their lives. If you’re someone who values responsibility, enjoys or can see themselves working with young people, this could be the role for you.
You will be a mentor, a role model, and someone who our young people can trust during their toughest times. We are looking for RSWs to join our team as a strong, reliable figure who can show what it means to take responsibility, deal with setbacks, and build confidence.
Working with Witherslack Group offers you the opportunity to develop new skills, take on real responsibility, and positively impact the lives of children and young people.
