• Innovate and Inspire: Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs, ensuring our staff are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to address complex protection needs.
• Collaborate for Success: Build strong partnerships with local agencies, contribute to policy discussions, and advocate for continual improvement in adult and child protection practices.
Specific Focus Areas:
• Adult Protection: Act as a leader in transforming adult protection approaches, working closely with the Adult Protection Committee (APC) to implement vital learning initiatives that uphold safety and dignity for adults in our community.
• Child Protection: Collaborate with the Child Protection Committee (CPC) to cultivate a culture of excellence in child protection, ensuring our workforce is skilled, responsive, and ready to meet the needs of children and families.
Who You Are:

• Experienced in adult or child protection, with a solid grasp of relevant legislation, policies, and multi-agency collaboration.
• A natural communicator and leader, able to inspire others and build strong professional relationships.
• Innovative, proactive, and ready to make a meaningful impact in your field.
