Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit a permanent full time Mental Health Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive integrated Community Mental Health team covering the Mid Argyll area.
The post holder will provide support specifically within the wider community mental health team and deliver person centred care with a reablement approach, supporting nursing, social work, and allied health professional teams.
The post holder will provide time limited periods of intervention to facilitate jointly agreed goal planning and care objectives.
