During each day, Anna is supported by two team members, and you will assist with all her ADLs, personal care, moving and handling, administering medication, therapy programme and facilitating her to access the world around her. Anna requires a waking night carer to assist her with night-time routine, continuously monitor her and tend to her as and when required. The rota is provided a minimum of 4 weeks in advance, ensuring the team have time to plan and supports a great work/life balance.
