Position: Business Administrator
Location: High Street, West Bromwich
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and negotiable dependent on experience
You must have experience of working in a fast paced environment, a can do attitude and preferably experience in domiciliary care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and streamline administrative processes to support our care services.
* Maintain accurate records using care management software.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
* Assist with recruitment and on boarding of new care staff.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
* Shared Out of Hours Oncall Responsibility (1 week per month)
Requirements:
* High performing professional who can problem solve and use their intiative
* Minimum Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
* Proven experience in administration within the care setting and social care sector.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Competent with care management software.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
