Job Title: Trainee Health and Social Care (CYP) Assessor
Salary: £23,920 – £24,960 per annum
Location: Hybrid (combination of remote working and site visits)
Hours: Full-time
Annual Leave: 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our client as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. In this hybrid role, you will support and assess learners working towards their qualifications in health and social care, focusing on Children and Young People (CYP). You will be provided with full training and support to gain the necessary assessment qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support learners through their qualifications in CYP settings, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners develop their skills.
Carry out assessment visits (on-site) and online reviews, ensuring learners progress effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely records of learner progress.
Work closely with employers and the training team to ensure learners receive the best support.What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you don't need prior experience in assessing – our client will provide all the training you need. However, you must have:
At least 3 years of experience working in a Children and Young People (CYP) setting.
A minimum Level 3 qualification in CYP (or equivalent).
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for site visits).
A passion for helping others and supporting learners to achieve their potential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively in a hybrid working environment.What's On Offer:
