Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and supported living services.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.
Building and leading a passionate and skilled care team.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
Implementing quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.
I am seeking a Registered Manager with:
Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management (You could be a deputy manager looking to step up or a registered manager seeking a new challenge)
Relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of CQC regulations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
The ability to innovate and drive positive change.
A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
