* Parent Partnerships: Building strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s development.

* Passion & Enthusiasm: A genuine love for working with young children and a desire to make every day exciting and educational.
* Creativity: An imaginative mind to create fun, engaging, and educational activities that captivate young learners.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Patience & Positivity: The ability to remain patient, calm, and positive, even on the busiest of days.

* Competitive Pay: £14 – £16 per hour – because your dedication deserves great compensation.
* Flexible Hours: 30 hours a week, allowing for a great work-life balance.
* Professional Development: Opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement – because your growth matters too.
* Supportive Environment: A friendly, supportive, and fun workplace where you’re treated like family.
