Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking a reliable, passionate and experienced Registered Manager to manage a Domiciliary Care setting based in Cardiff.

A comprehensive JD will be provided and discussed, at initial enquiry stage.

Essential

* Must have min. 3 years experience as a Registered Manager within Domiciliary Care

* Must have the Level 5 City and Guilds in Management and Leadership

* Must have strong management capabilities

* Must have strategic and organisational skills

* Must have strong experience of working with KPIs and compliance performance requirements
