As a Residential Deputy Manager, you will:
Monitor the wellbeing of residents
Ensure staff are supported and trained
Promote independence and well-being for residents
Provide leadership and management
Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
Work 48 hours per week, with 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shiftsPackage and Benefits:

At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy or Senior Care Assistant in residential care homes for older people
NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher
Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the MCA
