To work as part of the Administration Team in supporting the front line Housing Needs Team.
Provide clerical support to the Housing Needs Teams.
Process Housing Applications in accordance with set standards and agreed targets.
Process Homeless Applications in accordance with set standards and agreed targets.

Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology and equipment e.g. photocopier, E-mail, Intra/Internet.
Clerical/administration/typing experience.
Experience of utilising a range of computer packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.
4 SQA standard grades or equivalent at Level 3 or above including English*
Recognised word processing qualification.
Ability to use initiative when required.
