Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant – Barry – Full Time
IOS Care are growing rapidly, we require two senior domiciliary care assistants to work in Barry and the surrounding areas. We provide care and support to vulnerable adults who live in their own homes and are looking for two experienced staff members to join our team.
Duties will include:- train and mentor new care staff, provide a high level of care and support to our service users, initial assessments, report directly to the registered manager, spot checks and administering medication.
We will:- provide you with full training, a QCF level 3,4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, ongoing support, a uniform, company pension and an excellent rate of pay.
The successful candidate will:- be an experienced carer with a driving license and car.
