“An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Ayrshire Council within the Housing Service. The Council’s Housing Service has recently carried out a review of its service delivery model. The new model ensures that staff teams within the Neighbourhood Housing Service have a shared understanding of local priorities and issues, with the resources available to help resolve them. The successful candidate will have a key role to play in ensuring we deliver excellent customer service and our housing management duties are met, including estate management, anti-social behaviour, rent account management and dealing with rent arrears. They will also be responsible for staff, tenants’ and residents’ health & safety.
