You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
As Housing Officer (Technical) you will be working within the Housing Asset, Housing Technical Team assisting in maintaining the stock to SHQS standard, delivering Net Zero compliance, a range of housing improvements and adaptions. Knowledge of current Scottish housing maintenance issues, regulations and legislation is essential.
Our aim is to provide delivery of service efficiently and cost effectively to produce a well-designed end product that promotes Angus as a great place for people to live, work and visit. You will be joining a friendly, motivated team with a broad range of experience and skill sets who will be supportive of your new role.
