An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Service of North Ayrshire Council within the Neighbourhood Housing team. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of estate management duties and contribute to the provision of efficient and effective support to the wider Neighbourhood Housing locality teams to promote all aspects of estate management policies and implementation of procedures. The Council’s Housing Service has recently carried out a review of it’s service delivery model. The new model ensures that staff teams within the locality housing offices have a shared understanding of local priorities and issues with the resources to help resolve these.
