There are 2 posts:

AS1561/AS1562 – Both 25 hours per week

As an essential part of the Joint Dementia Team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will support a small group in early evenings and weekends in Dollar Park, offering respite to carers and families. This will include Activities, days out, drives in a car, respite for carers. This could also be mixed group of service users and carers.

You will provide practical help, supervision and support in the group as well as the wider community in a group setting. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual client and may include personal care tasks.

The successful candidate must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required.

You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.

These posts are temporary until June 2026 due to service requirement.
