We are currently looking for a Resource Officer to join our Housing Property Team.
You will contribute to the development and provision of Falkirk Council’s Property Service. This includes the preparation of information used for the management and monitoring of maintenance contracts, in a manner which reflects Best Value and fulfils the legislative and financial requirements of the Service. To oversee and update data management on the required database which will inform maintenance and financial decisions. The post holder will also be required as instructed to populate information onto the Council’s NEC system.
The Resource Officer will liaise with Technical, Gas & Electrical teams to ensure effective management of data to allow for monitoring of contracts and planning of future works to Falkirk Council properties.
You will be able to prioritize workloads, work under pressure and work in a team with minimal supervision.
You will be required to be mobile across the council area.
