Young Person Support Worker – Sunderland, Tyne & Wear Temporary, Part Time

We Care Bespoke are looking for passionate, committed and dedicated Support Workers to work across Sunderland and the surrounding areas.
Due to an increase in demand for We Care Bespoke services, we are looking for experienced support workers across the Sunderland and surrounding areas to support in young adult (16-18) independent supported living services, edge of care support nad community outreach and activities. This may involve working a combination of days, night shifts and sleepovers on a rota system. Weekend work will be required, full driving license and access to transport is desirable (business insurance would be required).
The ideal candidates will have at least 6 months’ UK work experience supporting children and young people and experience of challenging behaviours, although we would also welcome applicants from other care sectors who have similar skills and experience. Essential minimum NVQ Level 2 in health and social care related.
