To contribute to the implementation of the Workforce Development plan and Workforce
Planning activities by working with service areas within Health and Social Care to design and tailor Health and Social Care learning development packages and in ensuring that learning needs are identified, delivered and evaluated.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Learning and Development or Social Care
subject and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies
gained through relevant experience in a Social Care or Learning and Development
environment. A relevant qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management, CIPD for example.
A full current driving licence is desirable for this post.
The preferred candidate for this position may be subject to a Basic Disclosure provided by Disclosure Scotland prior to a formal offer of employment being made by East Lothian Council.
