We are working alongside a fantastic women’s refuge organisation who are recruiting for a Women’s refuge manager.
The company is a women’s equality organisation which exists to eradicate violence against women and girls and to support survivors. They recognise that ending violence and abuse takes a whole society approach to social change, and it needs you to help them achieve this!

About you

You will have an understanding of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence or the ability to quickly develop an understanding around this area
You’ll have proven experience of managing a diverse team and programmes
Comfortable with IT skills and managing social media platforms
You will have experience of developing and delivering projects
You’ll be experienced in recording and monitoring programmes, training, interventions, and support and using the information to produce high quality reports.
Experience of overseeing and working with volunteers, community members and people accessing services to achieve objectives
