Hays Social Care are partnered with a Children’s residential home who provide support to children with severe behaviour management issues in Exeter. They aim to provide a nurturing and safe environment.
Your new role
As a Support Worker on the Hays team you will be covering predominately night shifts and lates, but some days are available. Using your extensive knowledge and experience in behaviour management you will be providing the highest standard of care and support to promote a safe and nurturing environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
As a Hays Support Worker you will need Behaviour Management training and recent and relevant experience working with children in a care setting. NVQ Level 2 or above is desirable but not essential to the role.
