Support Worker needed for Wakeful Nights – Carmarthen – Full Time Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Your new company
A small, owner managed care home is looking for Support Workers to join their team of night workers on a 3 nights on and 3 nights off basis. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live full lives and gain independence.
Your new role
You will be required to support services users throughout the night, ensuring that they are cared for at all times. This will include elements of personal care and will require you to stay awake and alert during the night.
The shift pattern runs on a 3 nights on and 3 nights off basis, requiring you to work some weekends.
The opportunity is on a temporary basis, with an opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate(s).
