NIGHT RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER
Your new role
You will use your experience and knowledge of supporting complex needs to provide a safe and nurturing environment for service users. As waking night staff, you would be expected to work throughout the night and support staff with any issues that may arise.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have 6 months experience in a relevant role as well as be able to work night shifts. You will be flexible and be able to work weekends as well as week nights. You should be able to commute around the Staffordshire and Shropshire region and you must be passionate and understanding about people with complex needs.
