Hourly Rate: £14.66 – £16.18
Salary: £27,199.95 – £29,973.95 per annum

An opportunity to join the Scottish Borders Justice Unpaid Work Team has become available.
This permanent 35 hour per week post, over 4 days, including 1 day at the weekend.
Applications are sought from experienced and motivated people, who have knowledge of Community Payback Order, particularly the delivery of Unpaid Work.
Good written and IT skills are essential.
You should be able to demonstrate an ability to provide instruction to groups of individuals to deliver reparative work across a range of practical project tasks. Including instruction in the safe use of power tools.
Engagement must be delivered from a strengths based approach, with an aim to supporting behaviour change and strengthening employability opportunities.
You must be able to manage challenging behaviour and problem solve.
An ability to demonstrate strong social work values, be self-motivated and deliver as part of a team is vital.
A good standard of experience in working with others to instruct and direct or as part of a team.
A Driving Licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
