Hourly Rate: £16.34 – £17.82
Salary: £29,821.93 – £32,522.92 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent
The Throughcare/Aftercare Team is a multi-agency team based in Galashiels. The prime task of the postholder will be to provide a high quality service to young people who are subject to Continuing Care or have been “looked after” by Scottish Borders Council’s Children and Families Social Work Service.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our highly motivated team. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential.
HNC/SVQ3 in Social Care or Childcare and Education, or considerable experience and a commitment to undertake such training.
*A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post. SBC’s e-car scheme is available.
