An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to join North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership Throughcare Team. North Ayrshire’s Throughcare team is currently undergoing transition, moving towards an enhanced responsive provision of service for care leavers, Unaccompanied and Trafficked Young People and Young People in conflict with the Law in recognition of the changing legislative framework within Scotland. Evidence of strong partnership working, flexibility and being team player will demonstrated by the applicant. In turn, you will be able to join a team of experienced staff with a passion for supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. Work experience in both Adult Support and Protection and Children and Families Fieldwork is desirable for this role and the ability to work across the three areas of provision will be required.
