You will be working for an established supported living organisation in Gloucester that homes adults with various needs.

Your new role
You will be working as a team leader which will involve overseeing other staff members- motivating them and, giving instructions. You will be expected to take responsibility for the house you are supervising, help plan rotas, manage any queries or issues on shift and lease closely with management.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need several years experience working in social care settings and ready for a step up. You must be passionate, motivating and caring individual who can perform under pressure.
