We are doing this in a bid to focus on optimum practice and increased wellbeing for both our service users and staff alike. Children and Families in North Ayrshire is currently undergoing exciting change as we are embedding a Signs of Safety approach to our practice and investing in innovative systems that allows us to use technology to aid our service delivery . Therefore, it is an excellent opportunity to join our team and be at the forefront of the change. We are looking for Team Managers who have a SSSC recognised Social Work qualification. With a solid professional skillset derived from experience of working within a complex and challenging children and families setting. We believe expertise is just as important as experience and for that reason we would welcome applications not only from existing Team Managers but also significantly experienced qualified Social Workers who have a passion for children and families and are looking to progress into the role of a manager. We are looking for individuals who have a sound value base, with a strengths based outlook.
