Team Manager- MASH – Up to £59,890
NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in South East London area who are looking for a Team Manager to join their MASH team.
This is a Non Caseholding role giving you a balanced work load leading to improved Job satisfaction and a better work life balance
You will be a Team Manager, working closely with management and your team to continue and develop the service, leading to increased job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi-agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single assessment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance.
