Do you want to develop a team to deliver an exceptional service for those who need it? We are working with a not-for-profit who support people in Wales with disabilities. They are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in Cardiff centre to support their continued person centric service.

Your new role

You will be part of the leadership team, providing day to day leadership within the service and managing the setting in line with all proper procedures and policies. This role will provide exposure to every aspect of management including but not limited to: wellbeing & legislations, health & safety, resource management and service organisation. As part of the leadership team you will be promoting a person centric service, building partnerships between the service, service users, local community and families.

What you’ll need to succeed

• QCF Level 2 minmum/ QCF level 3
• Strong IT skills
• At least one years’ experience in health and social care
• To be registered with Social Care Wales
