Team Leader (Operations) – WDN04725 Full Time

Job Description

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to recruit a Team Leader to supervise and manage a local team of Housing Officers within our Housing Operations Service. You will have proven experience of leading a Customer Focused service, complying with the relevant Housing legislation, Single Outcome Agreement and submission to the ARC (Annual Return on the Charter).

You will contribute to the delivery of an effective integrated housing service. You will be expected to support the performance of the area based team through a culture of team work and flexibility which will contribute to the overall success of the council.

The team is primarily based in Clydebank, but you will be expected to be flexible in attending offices across the authority.

Requirements

The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.

Responsibilities

The employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975.
