Your new role
As Team Leader, you will be directly involved in managing the home and providing positive support for challenging young people aged 12-17. Whether shift leading or joining in with daily activities, you will also share in the leadership of the team, helping to develop staff by modelling high standards of professionalism. On boarding process
Our client is committed to the safeguarding of all children and young people in their care. Applicants will ideally already be on the DBS Update Service; if this is not the case the client will carry out and pay for a DBS (police) check prior to starting. Successful candidate will have to provide legal right to work in the UK. Candidate will also have to provide referees’ details from all places of work within the last 5 years and all previous if the jobs included working with children or vulnerable adults.
